Bobbie joined the Comfort Dental Spa team with over sixteen year’s experience in the dental field. She has a passion for learning and has had continuous education in management, power, and training at MGE Management Group.
Bobbie is the perfect fit as the patient relations manager because of her knowledge of insurance benefits, financial aspects of patient treatment, and her understanding of patients’ needs. If she does not know an answer, she will always find it. Patients love to be greeted by her great smile and helpful attitude.
Bobbie pursued a career in the dental field because she loves to see, but more importantly, making people smile. She loves to make people happy, and she surrounds herself with happy people. One of her ultimate joys is when a patient walks in not smiling, but leaves with a great big smile!
When Bobbie is not working, she enjoys scrapbooking, exercising, and traveling. She is the proud mother of a 21-year-old daughter, Katelyn, who is in her fourth year at Eastern Michigan University. Bobbie is also very proud of her 13-year-old son, Jeffrey, who loves robotics
